Sales Development Representative
Enterprise Energy is a nationwide developer of Community Solar, focused at the intersection of clean energy deployment, climate and environmental justice, and improving the lives of the communities we serve.

This role represents one of the most direct avenues to reduce carbon emissions available today.

Location requirements: (preferred) Minneapolis, MN; but remote options available for the right candidate
Work authorization requirements: individuals authorized to work in the US
Compensation: Base (depending on experience) plus performance bonuses

PROJECT / DELIVERABLES
Coordinate closely with origination team to support all areas of land acquisition and development
Find contact information for parcel owners
Make initial cold outreach to land owners (calls, emails, etc) and facilitate introductions to senior Enterprise Energy land agents
Create and organize database of prospective sites and owner contact information
Collaborate with other team members to create and execute effective lead generation strategies
Utilize various computer software platforms as necessary to support development
Maintaining transparent communication with project stakeholders and local communities to facilitate permitting and related initiatives
Help in preparing sales presentations, website landing pages, proposals, and other materials as required to support project development effort
Occasional travel may be necessary
Qualifications, Traits, and Skills:
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Highly organized with good time management skills
Grit and determination
Startup mentality: quick learner, ability to think independently, “learn-it-all” vs. “know-it-all” attitude, scrappy
Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple projects
Ability to work with and be supported by other team-members for guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency with mapping tools and platforms
1+ years of relevant experience performing detailed construction or site development designs or relevant internship experience.
Knowledge of commercial or utility-scale solar systems/concepts is strongly preferred
